I have just been sent this link by a friend who is a step-mum. You may want to have something soft for your jaw to land on when it hits the floor.

Jesus Fucking Christ. Shock I was coping fine up until the paragraph where she didn't get her own way over something so threatened to marry someone else and move far away just to spite her ex, and he 'visibly crumpled'.

All I can take from this is that she is clearly such a vindictive, unpleasant, and slightly unhinged harridan that there is no real hope of anyone wanting to have a serious relationship with her any time in the next 10 years, so she can safely say all that stuff knowing damn well no-one will be falling in love with her and wanting to move in. Otherwise...well, it puts her on a bit of a a sticky wicket. I'd love to see how she justifies it if and when it happens though....

wahwahwah · 19/01/2012 14:37

She spends his pocket money? Does he know this (well I suppose he does now).

littlemisssarcastic · 19/01/2012 14:44

She spends his pocket money from his granny on parking meters, latte's and caramel shortbread, and the occasional taxi, as well as the window cleaner and tipping the waitress.
She doesn't even have the good grace to pay him back in cash. He gets softplay, cinema, magazines and snacks for him and his friends instead. Shock

'What kind of example are you setting your son?' my work colleague Joanne asks when, unable to find a cashpoint, I pay for two glasses of wine with a £10 note excavated from a birthday card addressed to William.

She couldn't find a cashpoint so pilfered her son's birthday money for that too!! Shock

I'm lost for words. None of these things I would consider a luxury.

littlemisssarcastic · 19/01/2012 14:44

Sorry, meant to say None of these things would I consider a necessity Blush

pigletmania · 19/01/2012 14:44

littlemiss Shock, has the woman no conscience!. Poor boy having a mum like that!

GirlWithPointyShoes · 19/01/2012 14:45

See, I would agree with you on all accounts about this being a "Typical Daily Mail" if it had of been an article written about this lady by another DM journalist crammed full of made up statistics and stock photos of women looking angry but that's not the case here. She wrote this herself and put a picture of her child in there too.

Unless the DM have sank to new lows and are physically forcing women to write down right disturbing things about themselves then I don't see your point I'm afraid. I would be horrified by this no matter where I read it.

pigletmania · 19/01/2012 14:46

This woman is horrid horrid horrid. What hope does the poor boy have! Just read the link by littlemiss and the lady in the link in this article are the same woman. Be ashamed of yourself you nasty cow!

HeyNiki · 19/01/2012 14:48

What a bitch. That poor boy contributing to his bloody school fees at 8 years old. If you can't afford to pay for his place then at the very least have the sense to apply for a bursary rather than steal from him. Failing that i'm sure there's a perfectly adequate comprehensive around. I know some people think private schools are purely a status thing but if I couldn't afford my daughters fees I would graciously admit defeat and move her to a state school. Also, if she's struggling at 8, how is she going to manage when he goes into the senior school and his fees increase by 30/40% again? Crazy woman!

FellatioNelsonsDog · 19/01/2012 14:51

Oh FFS, looking at that link of squeakytoy's is there NOTHING this vile woman can keep to herself? Her poor ex-P, having the ins and outs of his relationship breakup dragged through the natioanl press - then she has the temerity to complain that after she grew tired of having him around and just went off him after the baby was born, he refused to do the decent thing and move out of his own home! Can you imagine? How dare he?

ivykaty44 · 19/01/2012 14:51

Unless the DM have sank to new lows and are physically forcing women to write down right disturbing things about themselves

well Dacre does have a reputation to uphold doesn't he - so why would it surprise anyone?

bringbacksideburns · 19/01/2012 14:56

Silly sad woman. And it looks like she's transferred her own issues onto her child. Poor kid looks miserable.

GirlWithPointyShoes · 19/01/2012 14:56

Fair point ivy :o.

As I said in my OP I was sent this link by a friend who was justifiably angered by this not because of this persons gender but because of her actions and way of thinking.

littlemisssarcastic · 19/01/2012 14:57

In the name of fairness and balance, I'd like to read the ex husband's side of the story.

They where short on stories - they needed one fast - they had darce breathing down there necks and going mad in the office. So they make up a few stories and what better way to make sure you will not be sued for lies than make up a story about yourself! genius really, boss happy, story fine, no come backs and everyone knows it a pile of crock so friends and family wil be fine with it to...

what more to be said?

not that they are often sued as it is so costly

ivykaty44 · 19/01/2012 15:01

accidentally have children with a fruit loop

I miss read that for fruit shoot....

GirlWithPointyShoes · 19/01/2012 15:04

I sure her ExH would have something to say. Putting her sons picture in a article that is fictional and horrid. Also she doesn't work for the DM she is a freelance 'journalist' .

OP posts:
squeakytoy · 19/01/2012 15:04

I hope the child sues his mother when he is 18.. I am sure those admissions of theft might help! Grin

squeakytoy · 19/01/2012 15:06

It really would not surprise me if her ex is fully aware of it all and knows exactly what she is writing before it gets published. And I would also not be suprised if they concocted the tales together... after all money is money.

SixtyFootDoll · 19/01/2012 15:10

Bunny boiler klaxon

HandDivedScallopsrgreat · 19/01/2012 15:10

I think this woman and her issues are presented to the DM and they are only more than happy to oblige and publish - because it fits their agenda. If I wrote an article about how misogynistic the portrayal of women in the media are, I suspect they wouldn't publish.

It's a horrible little article from a horrible little paper and it has succeeded here on this thread in reinforcing the stereotype in some people's minds that all single mothers are evil/bitter/mad (please insert and other sexist adjective you may care to use).

HandDivedScallopsrgreat no it hasn't posters on here have posted about this awful woman and not associated her with single mothers.

You did.

HandDivedScallopsrgreat · 19/01/2012 15:14

No Kayano did, CamberwickGreen did

foglike · 19/01/2012 15:16

No they didn't you're taking things out of context.

This woman is a disgrace just because she happens to be a single mother she shouldn't have to be defended by the sisterhood.

I suppose you think she doesn't own her own opinion?
