I think it depends on the troll, tbh. I imagine the ones who get really emotionally attached to their personas stay loyal to one forum. Others target a specific type of forum.

I've only ever spotted one. To be fair it wasn't just me there were a few of us getting suspicious but even now months after she went there are still some people who refuse to believe it because she gave really good advice on one particular subject. It was just all her other posts that were bullshit and filled with inconsistencies!

I understand that some people have need to create some sort of fantasy life or want attention or have other more sinister motives but I just can't get my head round what hard work it must all be. Remembering what you said under what name, how pregnant you are, how old your DC are etc etc. It sounds exhausting!

I hear you Moomins ... Have had same thoughts a few times. One in particular who is fascinating only by the drama she creates abs the huge amount of support she gets but then I tend to think I am a cynical witch....! tho there was one I always thought was trolling and have seen her mentioned on another trolling thread.
