When she walked on and Graham was being very fawning, just as she walked to the sofa, the look on gpher face was just classic. She didn't look flattered or embarrassed or overwhelmed or anything other than "yes, this is how it should be" by his excitement and his compliments.

I agree, Greythorne! When Graham rushed over to greet her and nearly tripped up in his haste (I did chuckle at that) I thought "Poor bloke must feel like a bit of a numpty now" She just stood there with her weird, unmoveable fisog, doing a weird grimace.

Also, I reckon she thinks that she has a dry SOH. She's probably tried to adopt one to fit in with us Brits but she hasn't managed it very well at all. She just comes across as snarky and condescending.

I think she is always acting. She has this obvious desperate desire to never let anyone get one over but she comes across as rude and not funny at all. I do like the gloves though .

I think the reason why she goes out in such hid outfits every now and then (comme ca) is because everyone around her is too afraid to go "Sweets, you look a MESS. Try something different, okay?"

She was a bit of a bitch - especially to the doll guys but I could never bring myself to hate her. She is an amazing woman who has achieved SO much and all on her own terms. She is one of the very few true MEGA stars.

I remember seeing a clip of her pre interview throwing a tantrum and having a hissy fit at a poor innocent PA because the girl spoke to her. Apparently that wasn't allowed.

Clam add me to the list of people who can't see the amazingness. Her music is average and her achievements all centre around her using sex to get noticed. Not exactly ground breaking IMO.

Madonna in her interviews comes across as cold, self important, humourless and quite frankly rather dull.
And her telling Graham she answered the front door in her PJs? Come on as if she opens front doors. Ever. We all know assistant n.3 is in charge of door opening, after assistant n.4 has arranged visit by phone.

I also do think she is something of a hypocrite.
It's all very well her creating an entire career based on average singing abilities, average songwriting, shrewd partnerships with producers and lots and lits of cavorting around in her knickers.

But now she has kids and she is all "they go to the lycée français and speak three languages and never watch telly and I tell my teenage daughter if she is wearing something too raunchy".

And she mkre or less admitted herself that the only people in the entire world who tell her like it is are her children.
Everyone is in her employ or seeking favour and nobody ever dares speak their mind.

Er, excuse me but it is a well-known fact that her music is most definitely not average.
