I've been waiting 8 days for a Boden delivery. Is this slow or what?

AIBU to be annoyed?

Ah, I can track it. Apparently it's been stuck in a depot for 5 days.

Over 2 weeks and counting on my order of a pair of boots from Debenhams. Rubbish customer service. Can't tell me where the boots are, called 3 times. Their procedure is to e mail someone and hope they get in contact with me.

9 years for a train from the ELC. They were out of stock and going to be sent as soon as they had some more in. I wasn't charged for it thank god (I can't actually remember )

Same here. Appears to have been put on and then taken off a delivery van several times. Hdnl are struggling I thnk.

And I thought Yodel was crap! I still hold the record though

It is on a van now again apparently. We'll see...

Why not ring and say if its not delivered you don't want it?

Deliveries are terrible at moment been waiting over a week for a delivery. Stuff I ordered later have arrived in the meantime - I'm not holding out much hope tbh

It's annoying but it is xmas, so it can't be unexpected that there will be delivery delays!

Amazon did a good job with one, received it the next day. Ds isn't going to get a lot of Christmas presents at this rate.

Everyone else has gone out and I stayed in to receive a Yodel delivery. Just tracked the order and it tells me I've rescheduled it. What the fuck? Who the fuck? Well, it wasn't me, but I suppose it could have been the dog.

Mine (sale stuff) was at a hub in Droitwich for 6 days but came yesterday evening.

I'm waiting for a small chocolate delivery from Derbyshire. I live in Derbyshire. They are sending it to Sheffield, then to Lichfield, then to Derbyshire.

City link are out delivering amazon stuff that yodel usually bring, we did a one day delivery which should have come sat and came today so hdnl (also called yodel) must be busy.

Boden always takes quite a while - up to 2 weeks seems to be the norm for me? I would give it another day or two and then ring them

H&M are worse - I was waiting almost 2 months for a delivery from them! I assumed the order had been cancelled and then it turned up! I sent it back because I'd bought the stuff for summer and by the time it got here, the weather was bloody freezing.

spoke too soon, it finally arrived today - it was sent through Royal Mail on 8th December so it took 11 days to get here - and I paid for delivery too!

To be fair, I ordered a second time from H&M last week (because a sale was on! I always swore I'd never order from them again!) and this time it came within a week Maybe they've improved things

H&m stuff is despatched from Sweden then Hermes get it when it arrives in the uk my delivery took 2 weeks last month and that's what their excuse was.

Interlink have been "sorting" my parcel for 7 days now, between Hubs 1-3 in Birmingham . I understand that they are busy at Christmas but surely it's not unanticipated!
