I've been waiting 8 days for a Boden delivery. Is this slow or what?

I'm still waiting. Hmm I've just sent an email to Boden asking them to kick the delivery company as I want to leave the bloody house! How much betting they will try to deliver if I go out and return it to the depot? I'm getting quite annoyed now. The tracking says it's still in the bloody depot. Can I go and collect it myself?

In the confirmation email they sent it said 5-7 days. Even on the useless delivery company's tracking page it said date of delivery was the 15th, then it says it's still in the depot. I'm not close, it's a half an hour bus ride away and I don't know where the depot is. I don't know if they will leave it.

I've emailed them. They are Christmas presents. I can't risk going out, if they deliver when I'm out and take them back it would have been pointless ordering them in the first place.

I ordered something from Boden (in the sale) last Thursday (I think) and it arrived this morning. And it's lovely.

My worst ever delivery was a Siemens Fridge from John Lewis. Three weeks every time and three separate fridges arrived damaged. Eventually got what we needed and they agreed to make-up blinds for the kitchen windows free of charge. They then came to measure up and got a shock but I had it in writing Grin.

I had something sent from a company in Jersey and it took 2 days!

Ring customer services though - the only time I ever contacted customer services at Boden - and it was a pair of cord casual pull ups that dd wore constantly for two years and cried when they split - and I only wrote to say if they had a pair the same in the warehouse or a sample pair somewhere, could we possibly buy them please to console a seven year old who had both worn out and grown out - Johnny got someone to send me a voucher for £20.00 on the basis of poor wear and tear. They were knackered totally and completely.

Customer services were slightly useless. The delivery company are overwhelmed Hmm You'd think that they would have known that they would be busy at Christmas beforehand?

But I've never known the sale to start before Christmas though.

But I've never known the sale to start before Christmas though

lots of sales have already started because retailers are in a blind panic about people not spending
