Having been seriously annoyed by the general lack of women's nightwear that is neither impractically 'sexy' nor covered in revolting glittery slogans or fluffy bunnies, I recetly bought plain cotton pyjamas from the men's section of a well-known catalog. They are very comfy and I think I look nice in them.

I laughingly mentioned this lack in the shops of proper sensible nightwear to one or two people, however, and they were generally unsupportive of my decision, is the best I can say about them. I got some hard to interpret looks.

I don't think IABU ... I reallly don't. AIBU? HOW aibu?

YANBU

I'm sitting here in my Penneys knee length fleece nightie, ski socks and ginormous men's dressing gown which I LOVE.

Another vote for the co ordinating tops (long sleeved) and trousers (long) so when I drip runny egg yolk from my fried egg sandwich they are interchangeable.

Would also love to see proper nightshirts and no more fleece please.

All your views duly noted. FWIW, we have a range of co-ordinating tops and bottoms, its our mix & match product. This range is gaining more prominence in the department, so hopefully the choice will increase.

We have such a broad customer base that we have to include the slogans, characters, sparkly pieces and fleece - perhaps not to the taste of you or I but lots of people love all this! Its a challenge every day designing product that I might not necessarily buy myself because thats what the masses demand, but I must say that this season there are more severely plain 'subtle' pieces than ever in mix and match that I'm coveting myself.

I only design the prints, garment shapes and detailing, I have no input on lengths & fit I'm afraid Sad

I think you have to buy what you feel comfortable with. Lots of fabrics irritate me ans trying to find knickers that are comfy (I seem to have a new reaction to elastic and my Sloggis with their zigzaggy elastic were annoying) . I used to eye up mens pants with envy. I also dont like the twee designs lot of womens pj's

I recently bought these and I was very impressed, they are super soft, high waisted non of this hipster pinging below the belly malarky and reasonably priced. I am 5'5" and they have a bit more length but if you were more than 5'8" would probably be at half mast.

I've just been searching girls gloves for DS as wanted some cream ones, and most boys fall into the dark/skull/spider/football mode.
