YABU as the poor couple should ave gone to specsavers

moraletotallydestroyedbypoopoo · 12/10/2011 16:35

Ah, tis true, they do have hideous glasses.

Proon · 12/10/2011 16:36

Oh my.
Cute kid, but that jumper isn't hand-knitted
[judges]

anniedunne · 12/10/2011 16:36

And they seem inexplicably delighted with said glasses.

stayforappledunking · 12/10/2011 16:38

ARGHHH!!!! The lack of capitals! The small i's. The horror!

Cute kid though.

moraletotallydestroyedbypoopoo · 12/10/2011 16:40

I know, I fear they may look back at their photos in a years time and seriously regret jumping on the geek-glasses bandwagon. His aren't so bad, but hers Shock The older posts where she has a fringe and no glasses are much better.

I follow this blog!!! How did you find it OP? I can't remember.

Like most 'mommy' blogs her life seems perfect but I'm sure is far from.

The baby is gorgeous isn't she?

CupOfBrownJoy · 12/10/2011 16:42

YABU

  1. She says "gosh darn" in the first paragraph
  2. It is a succession of crap writing and Boden style photos
  3. I bet she pronounces every letter of "EleAnOr"
moraletotallydestroyedbypoopoo · 12/10/2011 16:45

MamaMary yes the baby is utterly beautiful and has a better wardrobe than me. I found when it was mentioned on this florist's far more tasteful blog: misspickering.blogspot.com/ (also worth following Smile)

belgo · 12/10/2011 16:47

Gosh she looks like a friend of mine. Complete with large glasses.

diddl · 12/10/2011 16:48

God that´s a tedious read!

"Here´s PFB eating an orange on the bed-don´t tell Daddy" (paraphrased)

Don´t worry love, unless he reads your blog, he´ll never knowHmm

TootAndCommon · 12/10/2011 16:48

Ah - Mormons.

Does that account for the ghastly outfits on this page, scroll down?

moraletotallydestroyedbypoopoo · 12/10/2011 16:50

CupOfBrownJoy, yes, I know IABU Blush, mainly for reason 2) though.

OP posts:
JamieComeHome · 12/10/2011 16:50

darn them to heck!

MmeLindor. · 12/10/2011 16:52

That child is going to HATE her mother for putting the cutsey pics of the hand knitted frog hat on the internet. In about another 10 or 12 years, I imagine.

Not keen on it, but I am influenced by my dislike of the iPhone app style photos. I am so over them (as the Americans would say)

JamieComeHome · 12/10/2011 16:52

I love the glasses, the clothes, the baby. It is beautifully photographed

moraletotallydestroyedbypoopoo · 12/10/2011 16:52

Yes, they are Mormons. I once read that the Mormon church pays some Mormon mothers to write perfect-mommy blogs like this, to aid recruitment... I'm hoping it was a horrible lie.

OP posts:
MmeLindor. · 12/10/2011 16:54

but I will forgive you because she linked to a cinnamon rolls recipe, and I have decided to make them.

JamieComeHome · 12/10/2011 16:54

Is a tedious read, however

MamaMary · 12/10/2011 16:54

moraletotally, that florist's creations are amazing. I envy these talented people.

Yes, agree that the taza blog is badly written and rather tedious but I can't help checking it Blush. I do think she has a great sense of style and i envy the money spent on her child's wardrobe

MmeLindor. · 12/10/2011 16:58

Yes, I prefer the florist's blog.

toddlerama · 12/10/2011 16:59

YABU. That is a boring blog. Links to sponsors, her ebay store etc.

MillyR · 12/10/2011 17:00

I don't understand the blog. Why are there so many ads and competition things on it?

MamaMary · 12/10/2011 17:01

It's not as bad as Cherry Menlove's though

WilsonFrickett · 12/10/2011 17:01

Yep, I guessed right! Mormon-tastic. Lovely photos though.
