are you being an intergalactic cocktail dude Hully?

Hullygully · 02/11/2011 13:41

I'm creating a race here, Miss Mini. Cocktail indeed! Tsk.

minimammoth · 02/11/2011 14:35

Sorry to interrupt the creator at work. I shall go and arrange flowers.< glides away, sheilding self from mad Hully stare >

Hullygully · 02/11/2011 17:04

I'm not ocnvinced about breasts for the Madame Race. Are they strictly necessary?

I might rig up some other feeding mechanism.

Fiderer · 02/11/2011 18:14

Removable breasts?

Handy for feeding and looking good in certain outfits. Can be removed for combat and long-distance running.

minimammoth · 02/11/2011 18:16

No. No breasts. Might I suggest a proboscis so that young can feed themselves from the word go. If cumbersome it could fall off later.

Fiderer · 03/11/2011 07:37

Sounds good. So no breasts. What about no hair in unwanted places? Am a little sensitive after my recent enforced stay here

BeribbonedGibbon · 05/11/2011 11:39

Real life was a blur this past week!

News, OK, DD1 got the school I hoped for and is doing very well and loving it (phew, I was fretting, as you will remember I do often) She is becoming so grown up.

DD2 has bonded with her electrical charges and has gone from placid baby to a ball of energy with a cheeky twinkle in her eye. Walking, talking and climbing everything in sight.

The girls adore each other, except when they don't. Then, much wailing and cries of 'mummmmmmmmmyyyyyyyyy' can be heard from afar.

I am itching to hear how everyone is and news of DC's, so please fill me in whilst I peruse the holodeck menu for a 'Victorian ball in a great hall' programme.

minimammoth · 05/11/2011 20:54

I am very bored. So it's definitely to the holodeck ball. ' the gowns, the jewels, the uniforms' and that's just the crew. Who to invite? Def not Jabba, the crinoline just wouldn't work.

minimammoth · 06/11/2011 20:06

Well it's all a bit echoey here, so I'm putting new batteries in the transporter and am off back to the Hall. I shall go and sit in the distillary herb drying shed for a bit, and bother the under gardener.

Fiderer · 07/11/2011 06:44

Wait for me, I have harvested enough plants to replenish the distillery herb-drying shed. We shall toast our return with the first batch of my space tinglers.

I do hope the Under Gardener has been keeping his strength up. After all that holodeck acitivity it will be a relief to enjoy a proper tingle.

BeribbonedGibbon · 07/11/2011 11:14

Hello ladies! The distillery herb drying shed shounds like a wonderful and fitting place to meet.

It is said I have a green thumb. I feel I should spend some time with this gardener and discuss horticultural matters at great length.

BeribbonedGibbon · 07/11/2011 11:43

Careful you don't trip over your still huge feet with all that whirling Hully dear.

pm'd you back hullster

Fiderer · 07/11/2011 17:29

Perhaps we could have lectures on the nature of seeds, the problems of wilt, hardening off, vigorous growth and the careful nuture of soft specimens.

BeribbonedGibbon · 09/11/2011 09:52

Splendid idea Fiderer! We shall make copious notes to ensure we are doing everything as we should be.

I shall look forward to it, it has been far too long since someone tended to my box.

sybilvimes · 09/11/2011 13:30

I'm back! I got Captain Solo to drop me off on his way past. I was glad to part ways to be honest, never has the names Hands applied to a person more. It was like travelling with a octopus on speed.

Still, lovely to be home. I'm just off for a stroll to IPOAT cove to see if Captain Turner has returned from his trip to the Indies. Do we need any spices for the gin kitchen?

Hullygully · 09/11/2011 14:45

not that planet, not that one.

Is nowhere suitable for th eMadame Race?

Hullygully · 09/11/2011 14:46

Where have you bin MissSybil? And have you met dear Mistress Gibbon?

Fiderer · 09/11/2011 15:44

MissSybil, how good to have you back. We are in need of spices and rum for the kitchen. The time of mulling and preserving is approaching and some of the specimens we brought from our intergalactic travels have had strange side-effects.

See what happened to Cook. I only wanted to sedate calm her down as she saw Watkins and overcome with an ardour born of a long absence she forgot we have gravity on this planet and tried to fly out of the window.

Mind you don't get taken in by Cap'n Turner's cutlass, now.
