Mine came back in a couple of hours - he's not allowed his phone at work

"I love you too darling xxxwith all my heart xxx big hugsxxx"

Oh I love that man. 24 days since I last saw him, 6 to go till he's back :o

MackerelOfFact · 26/09/2011 17:13

I got:

"You too. At Putney station, going to change at Clapham Junction."

Romantic.

CurrySpice · 26/09/2011 17:17

WiiUnfit · 26/09/2011 18:27

OatcakeCravings · 26/09/2011 19:13

I got "love u too".
Hope he doesn't think he's getting any tonight now though!

mythical · 26/09/2011 21:10

"love you both very very much"

i'm 7 weeks with our first

CurrySpice · 26/09/2011 21:12

Awww this thread is just marvellous!

Perhaps, as a counter we should start one where we text our OHs and say "Hmmm, I think you've got some explaining to do Angry"

June2009 · 26/09/2011 21:13

Just got " me too :) "
He will think i'm after a bit of action now ;)
We do that quite a lot though, not every day but at least once a week.
We tell eachother everyday several times a day. Together 13 years.

Witherhills · 26/09/2011 22:16

Loving these!

ToothbrushThief · 26/09/2011 22:32

Grin Curry!

MrsKarbonara · 26/09/2011 23:24

Ok he's home now. He replied 'youtube' Think he used voice recognition.....

WillowFae · 26/09/2011 23:39

"Well I'm only here, you could have just said it!"

(that was his spoken reply, no text back)

M0naLisa · 27/09/2011 00:46

I got
'which Lisa is this?'
Haha but I did tell him about this thread before hand so cheated a bit.

nickelbabe · 27/09/2011 11:03

CurrySpice - totally agree with that one! DH has jsut sent me the Music list for October, and he's chosen "Bind us together lord" which is bloody hideous. I should imagine that he'd assume that would be about that! Grin

confusedpixie · 27/09/2011 11:57

I did this morning after browsing this thread. After ten minutes I didn't have a reply so went downstairs where he was making me tea (Blush) and asked why I didn't have a response because I wanted to know what he'd say, had no clue what I was on about as he hadn't recieved it yet Blush I showed him and he said "Aaahh." That was it.

Cheeky sod.

joanne34 · 27/09/2011 12:38

Did it, one minute later;

' Huh !? What did I do now ?! :) I love you too, obviously, but what brought this on ?

( I've been very moody with him lately, plus am rather down atm too)

boxoftricks · 27/09/2011 12:42

"...even if I go out tonight with the boys? p.s love you lots! "

flyingspaghettimonster · 27/09/2011 19:41

LOL, I tried it... got back "Uh, I love you to. What was that for?" To which I responded 'A mumsnet experiment to see what the response would be." He replied "And every husband that responded with the suspicion that the wife had a reason for sending it beyond a spontaneous show of affection... was right."

buttonmoon78 · 27/09/2011 19:46

Thanks babe, love you too x

He's a tad stressed atm so I'm glad I did that Smile

Dillydaydreaming · 27/09/2011 19:51

Mine said " Bless you my child, you know not what you say" HmmGrin

MumGoneCrazy · 27/09/2011 20:27

He didn't reply, so I waited and after 10 minutes I shouted through to the back lounge to ask if he got my text and he shouted back "nah battery is dead and I can't be arsed putting it on charge, I'm watching the footie and the charger's upstairs, you could always go get it for me"

Needless to say, his charger is still in his drawer upstairs and his phone is still dead Grin

DeepPurple · 27/09/2011 20:34

He still hasn't answered. I text him half an hour ago...

MrsWifty · 27/09/2011 20:47

"Is that you Dave?"

(Do we admit to why we're sending the text in the first place?)

takingbackmonday · 27/09/2011 21:03

This has made me smile and cry in equal measure because I miss my exDP and his reply would have been something beautiful. However, it's also given me hope of future love :)

cantpooinpeace · 27/09/2011 21:17

Husbands reply......

"what do you want from the shop"

He said he was gonna put......

"I'm assuming you've eaten my crisps!"
