I texted my partner 5 minutes ago. Still no reply. . But he is at the pub, then going to watch Stoke V Man United so it might be a while until he tx back.

An elderly couple were sat on a terrace with a glass of wine each. The woman said " I love you so much. I don't know what I would do without you."

"Ha!" said her husband "Is that you or the wine talking ?"

"It's me" she replied " Talking to the wine".

Got 'Is that you??'

But laughed until I cried at some of the responses on here.

I can't text DP as he's 4000 miles away and fast asleep in a different time zone but I already had two texts today telling me he loves me (like I do every day) and if I texted him to say it now, he would text back something like "I love you too sexy, lotsxxx"

No point texting DP. He's ran out of credit. He would probably say 'me to'.

"Me 2" brief in the extreme. And suggests narcissist. But English not his first language so maybe (!) he meant "U2". Responded in less than 20 seconds...
