To ask you all what colour socks you are wearing right now?

Grey. Very dull

blue with spots on that I think were white and pink but they are so old it's hard to tell

None. Too hard to wear shoes/boots that don't slip on while trying to get baby in car.

Lime green fluffy ones with grippers on bottoms as have habit of slipping over like old lady

I'm going to say Yabu... but I'm only guessing.

Yellow spongebob ones, ds1 chose them for me, and in my defence, cannot be seen when I have my boots on.

black and white striped with scattered purple flowers. They are Japanese tabi socks (big toe separated from the rest) and I love them.

I actually find that having all black socks makes it harder to match up because there are different breeds of black sock or even worse, the same breed but different age.

I cannot stand wearing one M&S and one Sainsbury sock, or two M&S socks with different amounts of wear.

The ones with coloured heels and toes would be ideal but I wear shoes which would mean the colour shows.

Maybe I should go out with £50 and buy many pairs of identical socks and start afresh.
