Maybe otters would be a tad smelly?

ferrets are quite velvety in places, but also have sharp teeth

AbsDuCroissant · 11/08/2011 13:06

baby lynxes seem to be fluffy.

Verahaspurpletwuntypants · 11/08/2011 13:06

Thanks scrambledsmegs :o

Sea otters very cute. Ew at hairy moles. Wink

Oh and my lab puppy has velvety ears.

ClaireDeLoon · 11/08/2011 13:07

I also just checked my cat for velvetiness and he is definitely more fluffy but his nose and ears tend towards velvety. He's now in a right mood because I disturbed his kip.

I think between the oily feathers and the fishy breath, I'd not be that keen on sharing my bed with one Grin

Verahaspurpletwuntypants · 11/08/2011 13:10

Mines a borneville.

Hmm at rabbit being trusted to take contraceptive pill.

ClaireDeLoon · 11/08/2011 13:11

Adds handholding otters to my cute animals 'want list'

Thanks loopy soooooooooo cute.

AbsDuCroissant · 11/08/2011 13:13

To be honest AMum, I wouldn't notice the difference between the penguin and DP Grin (I joke. He's not oily and doesn't often smell of fish)

Hopefully penguins don't snore, because snoring in stereo ...

piprabbit · 11/08/2011 13:14

I have no idea what this is, but it is fluffy.

ClaireDeLoon · 11/08/2011 13:18

Verahaspurpletwuntypants · 11/08/2011 13:33

piprabbit by the tiny bit of face you can see it's either a rabbit or a Guinea pig. Hmm
Definitely fuffy. And very funny in a adorable fluff ball sort of way. :o

ClaireDeLoon · 11/08/2011 13:41

I wonder if newborn baby baa lambs are velvety? Are there any farming mners who can answer this important question?

OP posts:
piprabbit · 11/08/2011 13:42

Baby baa lambs are not velvety. They are slightly wiry, a bit like a green scouring pad.

ClaireDeLoon · 11/08/2011 13:43

Hmmm disappointing.

Polar bears look hairy

PIGS are the worst. In your brain they're all smooth and, yes maybe a bit velvety, but in reality they are as bristly as a broom Shock

ClaireDeLoon · 11/08/2011 13:57

Baby polar bears are fluffy but not velvety.

I think giraffes are probably velvety though.

Snakes feel awful - warm and scaly. They freak me out.

Now baby meerkats are probably fluffy. I feel they would also make a great pet awwwwwwww

ShirleyKnot · 11/08/2011 14:02

Yes to giraffes being velvety. I bet fawns are velvety.

AuntieMonica · 11/08/2011 14:11
