Just checking in on you. Hope your boys are ok. Watching news and feel so angry and upset by the level of wanton destruction.

Never ever felt as frightened as I did last night, could hear shouting and screaming from lewisham way throughout the night and you could smell the smoke from my back garden (no way was I going out the front door!). I really really hope that something is put into place tonight.
