Fine by me, provided there is a safe way to get accross the car park with little ones! It's the space to get infant carriers in/out, or toddlers in and of car seats that I really find valuable.

Then again I might have felt differently when I was hobbling post-c-section......... depends on personal circumstances I guess!

I do not 'torture' my children with shopping, it is part of life, they need to et, I need to shop and I am not paying extra on top for someone to deliver it and find stuff near to date, bruised or substituted with random things! With regard to p&t spaces, I really do not care where they are. Infact I would probbly prefer they did away with them and made all spaces slightly bigger!

I don't really understand why they are needed, but I think they should be spread around the car park, I hate having to get wet etc when there are rows and rows of free parent and disabled bays free.

Suits me, I don't care where you stick them as long as the spaces are wide enough for me to get my fat arse child out of the car without dinging the car next door.

The funny thing is, my Tesco has introduced two rows of 'wide' spaces. Absolutely lovely, except the number of bloody tiny Fiats and Minis and Smart cars that use them is ridiculous. Anyone weighing less than me and in a tiny car should be shot immediately for using a wide space.

There, I've offered to shoot people who use the wrong space. Is that a little less reasonable? I don't mind giving them a kicking first if it helps :o

Troll or not, I agree anyway. I don't care where the P&C spaces are, so long as they're wide enough to get a child out of a carseat, while 40 weeks pregnant. In fact, if they were at the back, they'd be less likely to be taken up by lazy buggers who don't actually need them.

I appreciate the family spaces being close to the trolleys cos I am a weakling and find carrying the car seat with nearly 5 month old in it pretty hard work. Also, what are you meant to do when you take the trolley back? carry the car seat half way across the car park again, or leave baby in car (obv not the latter). I prefer online shopping anyway.

I feel I should be allowed to park IN the supermarket if I take my pfb and psb shopping. All the better for them to pick their own favourite brand of brioche for breakfast, or Jerusalem artichokes for luncheon.
