if there is a MN clique? Someone mentioned it on a thread and I'm now wondering if everyone knows each other in person?

I think if you ask a question or have a problem as someone who isn't on very much (like me ) then you will get fewer responses than if you ask the same question and are someone ever so famous on mumsnet. So, yes, just like groups anywhere .

in real life there are fb twitter and meet up groups for sure, they seem to end up imploding

in fact I think there's a strengthening mn rule that the whole "centre" explodes up its own arse every four years with recriminating private messaging and emails and people being banned or leaving

All the MNer's local to me would be in a clique, if we weren't so damn disorganised

I have met MNer's in RL but they are friends who are on MN, not the other way round
