To wonder how some posters seem to know everything about everything...

Some posters pop up on threads of varied and often complicated topics and manage to have a well formed opinion on it, know all the facts and figures and put their point accross eloquently? Makes me feel a bit dim at times AIBU?

It's coz some of us is old, very old, and have seen a lot of life stuff

I know what you mean, I'm a lurker more than a poster and feel a bit of a 'know nowt' reading other posters advice.

As a complete aside, everytime I see your name Idrinkfromtheirskulls, in my head I go "dededededer...make flutes out of their arms!"

I know that my dad has had a triple bypass this afternoon after his heart stopped today and can't start a self indulgent thread because

a) it's Fathers Day
and
b) all the flaming nobbers are out tonight and I don't want to risk some dickhead going "what's your point?"

See I'm that clever and know that much that instead I have crawled into my own little quiche threads that people hate so much and shamelessly meeped till I felt better
