For what it's worth, this is the property we have our eye on. It's all we can afford and at this price it's a push anyway.

Also, that price is very normal for the area. You might be 10K off though if they are keen to move.

That price is phenomenal for what you are getting...and considering you have pretty good transport links into central london. Looks in a good state of decoration...

But I personally wouldn't have posted the details of a property (with full address on) that I was seriously considering moving into on an internet forum.

Oh Reeling, that wasn't MY home....just a home for sale near to where I live. I was just showing was 285k can buy here without being squished onto a terraced block.
