I think what sums it up for me really is about the power assisted wheelchair, as Riveninside posted upthread.

drivemecrazy I agree, it's probably one of the harder things I have to deal with - my three children and their disabilities are easy, it's the beauracracy that makes it hard, the threat to our income and the attitudes of the pigshit ignorant.

its a case of im alright jack with them it really will only become poignant for them as it is us when it happens to them and at some point in their lives or a close relative it will happen to them and i hope for there sake everyone including the polititians are a little more interested in their plight when its their turn and their own politics doesnt come and bite them on the bum

YABU, gas chambers are a much cheaper alternative to disability benefits and are the way forward, these people do not deserve any enjoyment in their lives, at least this way they wouldn't be stealing our valuable either, so it's win/win.

Only problem I forsee is if the gas prices keep rising, we will save less and less. Still a valid option though.
