Yes the Scottish Herald (thought someone linked to it yesterday but can't find it now) - the front page was a full photo of him with a line across his eyes....cos you couldn't work out who it is like that

frgaaah - yes it was a big picture of him on the front with his eyes blacked out. And they name him inside. Bit of a grey area if they wil get sued as Scotland has an entirely different legal sytem to England and apparantly said super injunction wasnt applied for in Scotland or covers there. Even bigger . You cant access it in the online version of the paer because of course this can be views outside Scotland but all over the paper version. That you can buy and take to England of course.

I don't think its just the mail that presenting Giggs as family. I think that has been the crux of his appeal for a long time. He is presented as that and has been for many years. Many suspected a sham ( or is that just his marraige ), but now we all have it as confirmed.

It says the woman concerned 'agreed to the injunction being sought'. So maybe she was in favour, or maybe she just thought she couldn't win against a more powerful man?

At any rate, the celeb is entitled to keep his sex life private but in this case someone else paid the price and lost her job - so it's not just his business any more. If the woman concerned wanted to talk, she should be able to. Equally if she wants to keep it quiet, she should be able to.
