How on earth does she cope day to day with those on her chest!

Dolly Parton had a breast reduction because her mahoosive boobs were causing her such much back pain.

They weigh two stone each, apparently. Not attractive at all, and surely she can never find bras to fit? I'll be interested to hear why she's done it.
