to not want DH to dress DS like this for a wedding...

DS will be 6 months on the occasion of BIL's wedding. DH wants him to wear this or similar.

He is half-joking, half-serious - I am taking the bait and duly appalled by the notion! DD will be a flowergirl, and I think it's a very silly idea to put DS in a fancy dress outfit.

AIBU? Will DS look "cool" or a bit silly?

Vile. Rather like putting a baby girl in a "low-neck dress and jewellery" babygro.

It's nothing like that at all!

SIMS...I used to dress DS in lots of 'old fashioned' outfits like the previous link (think there is one on my profile nut not very visible) and I always got good comments on them. He was wearing them last year in Spain as they are still popular there

common as muck!.....you dont have to go the shirt and trousers route either,as forever said, get a nice all in one. Emile et Rose do some lovely things.I got ds a really cute pale blue and white outfit from there for xmas when he was 6 months
