Why do people think this? They don't look alike - the only thing they have in common is the red hair, but Hewitt's is wavy, whereas Harry's looks like a loo-brush, not at all dissimilar to Earl Spencer's.

Plus - wouldn't one of the tabloids have swiped a hair off his jacket while rolling out of a club at 3 in the morning, had it analysed and flogged the story by now if there anything even remotely in it at all.

I always think people are a wee bit simple/naive when they trot out this old chestnut.

I think he is a Windsor. It's just the Spencer red colouring coming out. William looks very little like Charles either apart from the massive bald patch, bless him.

I am not well in there with the Windsors. I just choose to look beyond tabloid headlines. But you are right they probbly to give a flying fig about what is written on here.

I have also heard roumours about Andrew but It doesnt make any difference
as the bloodline comes from the Queen, Queenie could have had an affair with a footman and Andrew would still be royal (but I cant see the Queen having an affair so think its rubbish)

Harry if he is not Charles son would not be royal as he would not have the royal blood line - however I recently saw a picture of him grimacing and he looked the spit of Charles - also the Spencers have a history of red heads in the family.

Tolalola William and Harry can be absolutely certain that they're half brothers at least. They seem to have an enviable relationship too, which both must really need. What a childhood.

Just as an aside..there is a lovely photo of Geoge McC and Harry taken in the late 1980's when they were in Kenya and they could have passed for twins. I saw it ages ago on the internet and it is very cute. But cant find it now.

Didnt mention a claim to the throne Yellowstone only the fact that Andrew would still be of royal blood even if Phillip wasnt his father whereas Harry would not be of royal blood if Charles was not his father.

the press here are gagged on saying too much (remember their promise after diana died) but when i was living in australia this story (can't remember why) was in the papers and photos were published and the resemblance hard to overlook, alos he is quite a cad he has not got the awkwardness that william or charles has

I'm surprised at the number of people who think all members of the same 'nuclear' family have to be so similar, with all the exact same traits. Brothers, sisters, parents can all have marked differences in look, personality, mannerisms...

To question his paternity on the basis of him not having an 'awkwardness' of his brother and father is so unbelievably tenuous, it's untrue. Besides, as has already been mentioned, Harry is bow-legged and walks like John Wayne. How is that not awkward, if that is indeed what it comes down to for someone to be convinced?

Not one thing on this thread has convinced me that Hewitt is any way involved.

There may be super injunctions on the press here - although if a tabloid had definite proof I seriously don't think that would get in the way - but outside the UK? The story is fair game and the fact that nothing, not one iota of anything has ever come out says it all to me.

But you'll never convince people with facts if they want to believe a daft conspiracy theory.

In this one, Prince Harry doesn't look anything like Hewitt; but not much like Lord Spencer either.

I don't think anything would be made of it (if there IS anything untoward there) unless something happened to Prince William and he had no direct heir - I think if there were any serious question over Prince Harry's paternity, then it would be investigated if he became heir apparent.

I love the fact that there are no facts. Unless the op has been privy to the DNA test results then it's all speculation isn't it? And aren't all the Royal men a bit AC/DC?

Charles is heir to the throne not because Phillip is his father but becauase Queen Elizabeth is his mother.

And if the rest of the family were wiped out and only Andrew was left Andrew would be king for the same reason.

But its all academic you only have to look at Andrews eyes and the eyes of his daughters to note the slight protuberance which is exactly like Queen Victorias in fact one of the daughters looks like a dead ringer for Queen Victoria when she was young

RavenAK I've got the same thing! My first cousin, who is a blood relative, doesn't look even remotely like me. My father's cousin, though, has a daughter and we could have been separated at birth we are so similar, despite the fact that my Dad was adopted so we share no genetics at all!

And on the subject of genetic similarities, if we're talking about people not resembling their parents then we should definitely start questioning William's paternity too, because he too looks nothing like Charles.

I still would though.

I hadnt realised how much Hewitt looked like Diana's Brother it would make sense I suppose for her to form an attachment to someone who resembled
someone she already loved and trusted, therefore Harry who looks like Diana's brother also bears a superficial resemblance to Hewitt.

I have three sisters, two of my sisters look like my dads side of the family - thin and dark, I look like my Mums side of the family (on her Mums side) short and plump, my other sister looks like my Mums Dad, blond with a turned up nose- anyone who knows our family well can see where the resemblance lies, strangers never take us for sisters.
