Right. Here goes. Am I being unreasonable to think that...

  1. SAHMs are lazy
  2. WOHMs are selfish
  3. Breast feeding is creepy
  4. Bottle feeding is unnatural
  5. Waitrose is full of obnoxious yummy mummies
  6. Asda is full of obnoxious scummy mummies
  7. Greggs is a form of child abuse
  8. Tofu is a bland form of child abuse
  9. piercings on children look cute
10. piercing is a form of abuse 11. Gigglebiz is parental abuse 12. You shouldn't leave him 13. "Fart" is an appropriate first word to teach your child 14. Everyone should give up work and live off tax credits 15. Cheap clothes are worth child labour 16. the poor should be set to work in hamster wheels 17. the rich should be flogged daily to give them a sense of humility 17. whatever it is, its the lazy immigrants fault. 18. whatever it is, its the fault of the lazy British 19. to love the Daily Mail. 20. to love hitting Daily Mail readers with my rolled up copy of the Guardian

Have I left anything off? Do let me know if I have as I'd hate not to have offended anyone. Grin

I was with you 'til you started talking about ear piercing Wink

OTOH I'm loving the hamster wheel idea. There's an alternative energy source waiting to be taken advantage of!

anonymosity · 31/03/2011 22:56

I understand your impulse completely, but the list is just too boring and predictably mumsnetty to warrant any red flags to this particular bull. Sorry.

nenevomito · 31/03/2011 22:57

I know, I'd better try harder.

Any thoughts on dummies? Grin

I am creepy and unnatural, depending on which child you are talking about. I offend myself daily.

foundwanting · 31/03/2011 22:57

You forgot the tattoo-ed smokers who park outside the school gates.

HTH

mylovelymonster · 31/03/2011 22:59

YANBU
Hope you're feeling better, getting all that out in the open.
I wouldn't mind a blazing row about the housing market. And the DM is shite.

nenevomito · 31/03/2011 23:00

You know, I really had forgotten about those I'm just not cut out for AIBU am I?

OP posts:
blackeyedsusan · 31/03/2011 23:00

off to asda tomorrow..

boosmummie · 31/03/2011 23:01

My daughter has a dummy. I fucking hate them and wish I'd never let my ex give it too her.

I am creepy and unnatural. BFd 2/FFd 2. FREAK I must be.

nenevomito · 31/03/2011 23:01

housing market? Ooh that sounds more dangerous than offering out sausages and fruitshoots at an organic themed vegan party.

OP posts:
easternstar · 31/03/2011 23:01

Hey man why can't we all just live together and accept that it's horses for courses and if you do different to me that you're not judging my choices.

Want a lick of my tofu-cone?

boosmummie · 31/03/2011 23:02

and I can't spell to or too. Done it wrong all day. I'm usually so damn pedantic TOO.

easternstar · 31/03/2011 23:02

What is Gigglebiz? Do you smoke it in a jazz cigarette?

blackeyedsusan · 31/03/2011 23:02

what about tescos? surely they are a wonderful supermarket?

nenevomito · 31/03/2011 23:03

easternstar. No one has ever offered me a lick of their tofu cone before.

Such...kindness....

You've not shared your thoughts on hamster wheels though?

OP posts:
boosmummie · 31/03/2011 23:03

Aren't judgy pants a prerequisite on AIBU?

twinkytonk · 31/03/2011 23:03

You didn't offend me, try harder next time Grin

boosmummie · 31/03/2011 23:05

Can't you just punch some--one-thing babyheave

Hamster wheel is a damn good idea. Also for vile teenagers

nenevomito · 31/03/2011 23:06

eastern - If that was what Gigglebiz was about, it would help cheer me up a lot more than posting drivel on here Grin.

Twinky...honestly? Not even with the teaching your child to say fart bit???

OP posts:
twinkytonk · 31/03/2011 23:09

Ha ha yep! The fart bit was quite amusing I thought.

nenevomito · 31/03/2011 23:10

Boos, I concur about the teens. Sadly the only teen in my life is my DSD and if I had posted "AIBU to get my step daughter to supply power via a hamster wheel", people may have got the right wrong idea.
