Morning all!

People who cycle on pavements - fucking 2 wheeled pedestrians. Especially when they come up behind you, and wobble around on their bikes reeeeally slowly, and sigh, and tut at you.. I always make a point of taking up as MUCH room as possible across the pavement at that point, because I'm a shit.

I also have wasp related issues, although I'm sure that's not an 'unpopular view'. Stripy little anger balls.

boosmummie · 26/03/2011 10:20

Morning all,

Crap wine tastes like vinegar and can be used as such!! Corked wine literally tastes and smells of mouldy cork. You can tell it's corked without even tasting it. There is no mistaking the smell when you open the wine. Foofffy nobbery or not, wine is not generally known for accompanying Chinese meals!!!! You win.

I hate wasps. DD3 is allergic to them and unfortunately we get quite a few of the fuckers here...Also had a battle with 2 fat mosquitos in the early hours today. Now they REALLY piss me off with their whining little squeal, dive bombing me and most likely having a good chuckle at my itchy expense.

MoonGirl do people actually wear earphones while pushing a pram?? That is irresponsible to say the least. Poor bloody children, bet their speech is fab for that.

MyMILisfromHELL · 26/03/2011 12:39

single mothers getting a small fortune from tax credits should not get child support.

Itsjustafleshwound · 26/03/2011 12:42

The Lottery is just a tax on the stupid and/or greedy!!

Ariesgirl · 26/03/2011 12:46

Some way back now, but I agree with the person who is annoyed by people who say "Don't judge me." People are judged by others through what they do and what they say. That is how people form judgements and part of what makes us human

So someone who wanders round with a G string showing and cleavage on display, bawling obscenities at their three under-fours will receive my judgement. Bet they really care Grin

Ariesgirl · 26/03/2011 12:47

Oh and I forgot - Virginia Woolf novels are boring and pretentious.

lesley33 · 26/03/2011 12:48

Some people seem to enjoy making life hard for themselves. Like the woman at work that complained to me that she never had any time to herself because she was so busy running after her 3 boyswhat with washing, cooking, etc. I felt sympathetic - I had 4 - so I asked how old they were. 17, 15 and 14 FFS!

boosmummie · 26/03/2011 13:04

Lesley she is clearly a muppet for running around after said DSs!!!! MY 3 older ones know that if they want things doing, they should do them!!!

lesley33 · 26/03/2011 13:07

Yes I agree she is daft! But I do think some people make their own life hard and then moan about it. I can't be bothered with martyrs.

maypole1 · 26/03/2011 13:12

People should have as any children's they like AS LONG AS THEY PAY FOR IT THEMSELVES

Woman who sleep with married Men are tarts

And old people tend to smell of damp or wee or both and I don't like it

Salmotrutta · 26/03/2011 13:15

It's perfectly acceptable to be slobbing around in your PJs and scruffy dressing gown at 11.30am with bed-hair - and then answer the door to a neighbour. They won't think you are a slattern, honest.

Can you tell I did this today??

maypole1 · 26/03/2011 13:17

Slimness is wasted on people who were horrible cloths and ugly shoes

Salmotrutta · 26/03/2011 13:39

Cold weather is good for you - you will keep better and won't go off so quickly.

SueWhite · 26/03/2011 13:40

Plenty of men actually fancy slim women, despite what some may say about all men liking 'real' and 'curvy' women

allsquareknickersnofurcoat · 26/03/2011 14:19

Salmo it is also fine to still be in nighty and dressing gown at 2.15pm
It's intentional, honest, DH is on nights and I dont want to wake him up Grin

BringBackGoingForGold · 26/03/2011 14:58

Lesley, God, I'm with you. I knew someone who ran herself ragged with lots of jobs and studying (fair dos, she genuinely had a lot on). BUT she also ran round after her three late-teens and early-twenties sons! Moaned about all the cooking, cleaning etc she had to do for them but wouldn't ask/tell them to fuck off and get their own places to live like normal people grow up and do it themselves. I did have sympathy, but a limited amount.

And: Spooks is shite. Embarrassing, old-fashioned BBC shite.

sshnapps · 26/03/2011 14:59

other peoples kids
litter droppers, throwing out of cars, round here they all seem to be black!
tatoos on women
people who call their children stupid names

bigbeagleeyes · 26/03/2011 15:33

You mean the cars all seem to be black sshnapps? Confused

maypole1 · 26/03/2011 15:52

people who stink in shops why for the love of god wont their co workers tell them

old ladies who use the shopping que for their social life

and men with puney bodies wearing no shirts when its hot if its not 100% beef put it away

Nancy66 · 26/03/2011 15:55

The pill works - if you get pregnant you didn't take it properly

lookingfoxy · 26/03/2011 16:10

Re: running yourself ragged after big kids/partners - Thats the real reason I told dp to leave after 5 years, couldn't be fucked picking up after him and his late teenage son anymore - nothing else - still not getting on better and I couldn't care less Grin

I love smoking as well, tonight im going to get a bottle of wine and watch casualty/holby city and puff my lungs out in peace even though im working tommorow.

I love my false nails, fake tan, fake tits and bleached hair and botox, I KNOW it makes me look cheap, but it makes ME feel sexy and I really couldn't give a toss what anyone else thinks Smile

I genuinely feel happy for the first time in years, whilst pretending to dp that im a bit miserable he gone, I feel like cartwheeling naked down the street Grin

CatAmongstPigeons · 26/03/2011 16:23

Nancy66 Shame the same can't be said about the morning after pill, I mean.. we're very happy with the squatter in my uterus, it's just that it rocked up about 18 months ahead of schedule and I had to put all my hideously debauched hen night wedding plans on hold for another year!

I think people who use the words "Pregnancy's not an illness" when talking to a woman with hyperemesis should be made to endure 9 months of food poisoning and see if they still feel so fucking clever afterwards.

boosmummie · 26/03/2011 16:47

Salmo I have actually got back into my jams today as they're comfy and I am feeling like a lazy slattern don't really have much to do today. Grin

LookingFoxy Me too! I have recently split with DP and one of the main forces was his lazy, spoilt, selfish, lying, nasty cosseted daughter. I have never come across a 17 year who is incapable of doing so much. Angry moi? Grin

Perhaps I may just have some wine tonight too....

For those of you who laughed at my expense yesterday, I have a fucking great big bruise across my nose today. I repeat: DO NOT CLEAN PATIO DOORS IN THE SUMMER. You need to have those toddler prints so you know they are shut before you smash into them.

CatAmongstPigeons · 26/03/2011 18:33

I like you boo, you're one of my favourites Grin

In fact I like you so much I'd even give you first chew on my Battenburg. ^^

boosmummie · 26/03/2011 18:51

Ta love!! I do enjoy a chomp on Battenburg from time to time! Grin

Damn uteri squatters. They have a lot to answer for at times. Ruining potential piss ups, having us chunder for 9 months solid and then they need looking after once they're here Grin. But I look at my almost 18 year old DC1 and it's worth the shit mostly. Must be, youngest monster be 2, so I probably enjoy it enough to have kept doing it......

Thinking of going to bed in an hour to make up for this stupid clock bollocks. I probably won't though and then I'll be a grumpy cow tomorrow. Never mind.
