backstory:
my sister gave me her NHS pregnancy book, and I have been studying it intently (because I want to be fully informed when I finally conceive)
Last night, he was watching the football and I was annoying him every five seconds with comments from the book. Grin

anyway, got to a blue block of text in the Ante-natal section.
it said "think about joining NetMums etc etc etc and the website "
I pointed it out to DH, saying that that was appalling and dreadful that they would suggest such a thing. Shock

he said to me, "that's what you are though, isn't it? netmums?"

my face --> ShockShock

I explained patiently that we are not NetMums we are MumsNet and he didn't understand! he reiterated that we are a bunch of mums on the net, therefore we are NetMums.

I told him that I would get your opinions on this and report back.

So, AIBU - Nest of Vipers, right?

Funny thing is, I sort of knew what he was doing without him saying anything - it was his reaction and him turning green which made me laugh. Grin

SalandersBro · 02/03/2011 11:59

i've just been trying to look at one of their forum header pages, and it's given me a headache - can hardly read the words because they're pastel on pastel.

i didn't need proof.
