Give your mum a big hug

To ask you all to give your Mums an extra hug - just lost mine to cancer last night and it hurts like hell.

My deepest sympathy to you and a big hug. Lost my mum to cancer too and miss her terribly.

Flickor - I am really very sorry to hear that. It would have been my Aunty's birthday today, but she died recently - as have a lot of family members, several from cancer. It really is very hard - lots of hugs & love, chippy x

PS: The bereavement section is really good if you want other people to talk to who are going through similar losses.

thats really sad,what support are you receiving?

what about debrief or family support

dont struggle doing stiff upper lip thing,if you need help do ask
