To want to know all your secrets...

I just came across an intersting site called Postsecret, where people put their secrets on the internet.

So how about posting up a secret that only you know. Lets see if any Mumsnetters have something really juicy or interesting. Obviously namechange if people know you.

I have massive self confidence problems. I think people are talking about me and worry my friends don't really like me. I tend to end up falling out with my friends because I decide i'm not good anough and drift away :( Pathetic.

... I'm not 18 btw!

It's a good site but I stopped looking a while ago because I found it upsetting.

I was suspended from school for "indecent activities" with my boyfriend in the woods behing the headmaster's office - I persuaded the headmaster to tell my mum it was for smoking!

I hate my mil

Both my children were 'accidents' but were really planned by me as my biological clock was ticking !

I hate my ex husband so much still even though we divorced years ago and I am happy with my second husband with whom I have children.

Life scares me rigid, is this all there is? I only have one life, it is short, what if I have messed it up already? I love my husband and my baby so much, I couldn't handle it were something to happen to them. Life is short, fear, then pain, then death. It scares me that I understand why my best friend killed herself, and can understand how she got to that point. I wouldn't do it, but can now understand why she did it when no-one else does.

So, I guess my secret is that I fear for my mental health most days...but! I am starting CBT in the hope of sorting my head out. Only DH knows, cause he is amazing. Smile

Everyone else thinks I am totally together, happy, easy going, confident, successful...when in actual fact I am a fruitloop.

My teeth are rotting in my mouth and I hate it, but I am pathologically scared of the dentist, bad teeth at the back so mostly hidden, but I know it's just a matter of time. It is always on my mind and I hate myself for being entirely unable to deal with it.

number - me too...I have 2 months before my matternity free denist is up,I've been trying to book an appointment since before I conciecved. this means I have waited at least 19 months to do it.

I take anti depressants in order to be able to keep away bleakness and lonliness. Thing is on the surface my life would not appear bleak- my husband loves me and I have 3 great seemingly well adjusted teenagers so it is something deep within which I have to contend with. No one knows not even DH! I am a great big fake.

Sad tralalala I am sobbing over the keyboard, I am so weak but I know this is robbing me of my looks and possibly health but I can't fix it.

Tralalala, pro anorexia/bulimia. Support sites for those suffering, but more along the vein of tips, fan sites of the illnesses if you see what I mean. I don't mean that offensively This is myconfession, just trying to explain what they are.

None taken NinkyNonker. The sites i use have other people who don't want to recover from Anorexia (ana) or Bulimia (Mia). I wouldn't encourage it in others btw. Nor do i visit the ones where they suggest zero calories and hours upon hours of exercise (well not always)
