To want to know all your secrets...

I just came across an intersting site called Postsecret, where people put their secrets on the internet.

So how about posting up a secret that only you know. Lets see if any Mumsnetters have something really juicy or interesting. Obviously namechange if people know you.

Sits in a big comfy chair and gets popcorn and waits

Mammie81

Were you in a Nightclub in Bangor, North Wales a year ago?

StealthPolarBear · 14/02/2011 15:06

bloody hell boffinmum!

StealthPolarBear · 14/02/2011 15:07

sympathy and shock from me, sorry

Bumpsadaisie · 14/02/2011 15:32

I think DH's younger brother has a really great body - saw him in his undies once.

Of course I much prefer DH to him and would never want a relationship with him. But on a purely lustful asthetic level I do like his body and have occasionally wondered what he would be like between the sheets Blush!!

I even started to wonder what it would be like with both of them but then banished the thought before it developed ANY further Blush Blush

madav · 14/02/2011 15:32

I would love another baby. Blush

I am a single parent, with 6 children and no job (at the moment).

How absolutely barking mad am I?

madav · 14/02/2011 15:33

Oh, and I would love to get married again (to the right man, of course!)

Smile

Fluffy: thats strong stuff.

As a youngster, I took a day off school
without telling mummy

PaperView · 14/02/2011 15:52

Cleaning today was a distraction from something else. It didn't work.

Psammead · 14/02/2011 15:56

I have a creme egg hidden in the Harrod's hamper which everyone thinks is empty.

Muhahahaha!

uuuummmm · 14/02/2011 15:57

I had an abortion to escape abusive ex and told him id miscarried for fear of what he might do to me.

I have never told anyone about this.

MoonGirl1981 · 14/02/2011 16:02

I have an extremely bad phobia of buttons.

On clothes they're fine, loose they scare the life out of me.

Found one in my garden once, had to wear marigolds and use tissue to piuck it up. Put it inside a carrier bag, then inside a bin bag. then in the wheelie bin. Didn't sleep until the bin men came and even then I panicked that it would drop out onto my driveway.

If I see one at a frien's house I feel shakey and sick.

People think it's funny when I tell them. It's not.

How about telling other peoples secrets?

My friend Bxxxxxx has a xxxx xxxxxxx with a xxxx. No one else has seen it. One day it may escape.

reinitindear · 14/02/2011 16:18

I found out four days after exh left that I was pregnant ad had a termination I have never told anyone.NerdyFace I am in Bangor but have not been out for over a year so can't be your mystery girl, although I hope I don't have the 'tache for it either Smile

KaraStarbuckThrace · 14/02/2011 16:23

Well I would tell you my secret but then I would have to kill you all. Grin

Can't believe I am the first one to come up with that.

Or is it too clichéd?

ChickensHaveNoEyebrows · 14/02/2011 16:24

Moongirl, the button phobia sounds quite serious. Any idea what triggered it?

I don't think I have any secrets, unless I am keeping them from myself

BoffinMum · 14/02/2011 16:36

Moongirl I have heard of the button phobia. It must be An Official Phobia. You can have CBT for that, I think.

LyingWitchInTheWardrobe2726 · 14/02/2011 16:38

Ohhh... I saw that site once... there was a horrible secret on it, it really shocked me, stuff nightmares are made of. :(

1234ThumbWar · 14/02/2011 16:39

I am scared of flushing the loo, obviously I do it but I stand as far away as possible, push the button and run Blush.

MoonGirl1981 · 14/02/2011 16:39

Nope. No idea what triggered it.

I've lived with it for years.

AtYourCervix · 14/02/2011 16:41

returning shortly after a swift namechange.

BoffinMum · 14/02/2011 16:42

Moongirl, it will probably be something you have forgotten about. Like accidentally nearly swallowing one when you were little, I imagine. A sensible reaction that outlived its usefulness.

I am a little bit afraid of the stairs at night. And putting my foot out of the bed. Not phobic, just sensibly aware there might be a monster or a psychopath under there waiting for me.

LyingWitchInTheWardrobe2726 · 14/02/2011 16:44

LeQueen... you're in good company but I don't know why you'd feel ashamed to have PND. It's a real illness and from what I've read about Denise Welch's experience, it's the most soul-destroying, isolating time. :(

ssssssssssshhhhhhhh · 14/02/2011 16:45

DD2 was not an accident Blush

I might have missed a pill or 2. Deliberately.

I have never ever told anyone that.

loveulotslikejellytots · 14/02/2011 16:46

I am desperate for a baby. Have been for about a year. I finally told DH how desperate I was just before Christmas. DH and I intend on (seriously) TTC when we move house (hopefully in about 4 weeks!).

But I get so upset when people announce on facebook (yes I know...) that they are pregnant. No one knows that it bothers me this much except my best friend. And she only knows because I nearly broke down in tears last night when she told me her Sister was pregnant again. It feels good now she knows.
