..to think that the 'celebrity' tweets to Amanda Holden are actually quite vulgar and narcissistic?

I mean really - do these vulgar
vulgar 'celebs' really think their twitter page is the right place to offer this poor woman condolences on the loss of her child?

People like Mylene Klass, Holly Willoughby, James Corden, Piers Morgan, Davina McCall, Richard Madeley, Emma Bunton, etc etc should be ashamed of themselves. If they wanted to offer condolences why advertise it on their twitter page? Send a condolence card, ring, send flowers or visit etc - don't TWEET!

They should be ashamed of themselves - fuckwits.

thats what I think. A normal person wouldnt have the energy or time to put all those tweets together. Its the media that keeps an eye on them.

The worst thing I saw on twitter was Katy Perry tweeting to Lily Allen when she lost her baby. Can't remember the exact words but it was something like "Chin up, Lily, you're a firework" so using Lily Allen's grief to promote her single!

I use Twitter a lot but most of my twitter friends are MNers so it is like an extension of MN. I have never met most of them but am very fond of them all the same!Smile

I do think that just because people are all celebs doesn't necessarily mean that they all have each others addresses. Twitter may be the only contact they have with each other. In which case why not tweet your condolences?

I agre msklo- although I suppose it depends on her and how she would respond to the messages I suppose.
I lost my baby a month ago now and I wouldn't have been able to cope if all my friends messages me about it, I'm only talking to my mum, older sister and DH, anyone else as it's too difficult. I am very very sorry for her though, I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

MsKLo · 09/02/2011 14:06
