To not want all the characters i like killed by BBC?

I stopped watching The Archers after they needlessly killed off Nigel and now they've done away with Harry in Silent Witness. I know the programme is unbelievable crap and real pathologists don't go around having affairs with dead people's relatives and pretending to be policemen, but Harry was quite tasty and there's not much else on.
Grumpy face. (You'll have to imagine one)

I KNOW!!!! I'm glad its not just me, i hardly watch any TV these days but i love silent witness its just total fantasy - and the eye candy!! But they have just killed off the eye candy FFS!! I do like the boss man though, whats his name?? I hate that though - i thought, ok, its five to ten, he is going to get rescued, he will or they will capture him and the whole of tomorrow will be about him being rescued. WFT??? Handsome main characters are not supposed to DIE!!! My DP did say that he might not be dead, i was like, well i think he actually might be FFS, he said he was only trying to make me feel better - don't bother i said, through my sobs

i noticed that the guy stood over the body looked different to the guy that was there,the nose had changed and looked like harry.

I'm still upset about Nigel and really didn't need to come home from an evening meeting to watch Harry getting his terminal come-uppance.

I really should have realised this was coming though, what with him rather hogging the storylines over the last couple of episodes. As did Nigel before his unfortunate incident with the roof at Lower Loxley.

I can't believe Harry is gone... he was eye candy AND a great pathologist/police officer/solver of crime extraordinaire. Leo is fine but he's not my Harry :( I kept thinking all the way through he was going to be rescued but, no.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty angry about Harry going. There he was, with some Hungarian girl he knocked up, quite happy drawing on her boobies, lying on the roof terrace being all understanding, then BAM. (well 45 minutes of running then BAM but still). All we've got left now is Leo and his annoying girlfriend's voice. Pah.

Well what exactly did the man standing over him look like?? Think woman think!! Do you think that maybe he managed to overpower the man and pour petrol on him, dry himself off and change his clothes in that period of time and even if his boss didn't recognise him, isn't it all come out in the PM??? im off to google now to see if i can find out more - there is still hope!!

I read an interview with the guy who plays Harry - he said about this weeks episodes, 'at one point it looked like Harry was dead'. Maybe he's not then??

He was the fat chap who met Harry bleeding on the steps outside the stadium. Him what went on to look after Harry.

PS. An extra twist to the demise of Nigel is the sad fact that the chap who played him actually relied upon his earnings from the role. Unlike some members of The Archers cast who have their fingers in various lucrative alternative pies.
