A friend who is a practice nurse says she presumes it's just a fashion. None of her women under 25 who come for smear tests have any pubic hair.. all shaved, shorn, waxed to nada.

Obviously that's fine but it seems a little universal to me. Aren't there any rebels out there?
Is it just for the boys they do it?

Visiting a friend in Swansea a couple of years ago, dh and I spent a day at a health club nearby and he reported that all the men were depilated of sack and crack.

He knew this because in the changing room they all strode around naked with their legs well apart and their muscles rippling, stopping only to lift one leg and towel their baldy undersides in the manner of one flossing.

Could the women of Wales conform whether this is generally the case?

You don't have a really hairy undercarriage then.

Um, nope, I can't say my husband's developed a hairy back with age. He doesn't have a lot of body hair.

Nor any other older man I've shagged, and there were more than a few.
