...if DCs present doesn't turn up in time. Ordered and paid on Tuesday last week, but despite the claim "usually posts within one day of payment" stuff wasn't posted until Friday. I'm happy to accept that the post is a problem right now, but less than happy that if they'd posted on Wednesday I'd have a much better chance of getting it. Have also checked recent feedback, and the seller has a +ve from the day after my stuff was supposedly posted (which implies to me it must have been dispatched before mine given current delivery times) from somebody who ordered more than a day after me.

BTW, before I get slated, it's far from their only present, but my mum want's me to get something for them from her, and it's the only really obvious option.

How dull - if we were to stick to that in AIBU then a response should have a 5 character limit.

Well it arrived today. By next day courier delivery which has taken 4 days, and would have been here on Friday if they'd even posted within 2 days.

AlpinePony, if you're going to swear at me, at least take the trouble to read all that I've written - it might help you not to make incorrect assumptions (just to help you out, there was no snow, they didn't have to trek 3 miles to a post office). Plenty of other people seem to have managed to give opinions one way or the other with more than 5 characters without descending to your level. You seem to be confusing being civil with being dull, when your post is far duller than anything else on this thread.

Oh, and can I just check what I am allowed to ask about on an internet forum? Does it have to be a deep and meaningful question, or am I allowed a teeny bit of banality?
