Regrets... I've had a Few....

... But then again too few to mention....

Well I've got a few that are worth mentioning.

Xmas/New Year brings into focus relationships, stress, no sun light, awful weather etc. etc.

I'll start....

I wish I'd taken the opportunity to thwack a nun (teacher) at the age of 16, when I had the chance.

Wish I hadn't let dh have a vasectomy.
I'd rather have had 15 kids than condemn him to life of permanent bollock pain and no libido.

That I let an opportunity slip through my fingers. I will regret it always. Sometimes doing the right thing, isn't actually really.

I regret ever going out with the twat that led me to the biggest regret of my life. I only did because my Dad gave me a hard time about not having a boyfriend but I should have stuck to my instincts.

I regret caring what people thought so much. I still don't really know who I am. I rely on other opinions so much. I'm learning though

I wish I'd played hookey from school more often.

I wish I'd played my music louder more often.

I wish I'd had a couple more inappropriate relationships.

I wish I'd been a little more reckless in general and a little less of a goody goody.

I regret selling my gorgeous ceramic Bunny Hospital nightlight at a car boot when I was in my twenties. I would love it for my DD now.

Its probably the only regret I often think about. I am a big believer in not crying over spilt milk and also I tend to look forwards and rarely reflect.

I wish I hadn't have told my dad I was too busy to talk to him on the Saturday morning. Had I have known he would die the next day from a massive heart attack.

And I wish that I could have supported him more when my mother ran off with my best freinds dad. I'm sorry pops.

I wish that instead of saying "I hate you" we said I love you when we were saying goodbye.

And I wish I had kicked my dh ex wife in the fanny when she started sniffing round.

I could go on forever.....

We where a bit tipsy and we chased some sheep and one collapsed and died(it must of been very old and had a week heart)
I still cannot look a sheep in the eyes without thinking about it

Vlad, Im sooo glad thats the explaination, I had much worse going on in my head!

I regret getting pregnant at 18 and never being able to have a girly holiday.

I regret cancelling my grandads phonecall when I was shopping in town, I didnt know it was him at the time, and he died in hospital the next day (had been in for weeks and weeks very poorly and he was my best friend). I always wonder what he wanted to say to me.

I regret 3 years of fighting with my ex-H over nothing.

Regret running away to gt married. Having now the hardest time trying to get divorced.

If I could turn back the clock, I would have deleted h numbr from my phone on leaving the doctors after finding out I was pregnant. Would have saved me and DD years of heartache and thousands of pounds!

I wish...that when I met my XH in a nightclub in Hull and he asked me to dance, I had said "no". Also that I had taken a job offer in Munich rather than the boring job in UK that I accepted due to meeting fucker XH. I wish I hadn't studied what I did study at uni and had done something more useful instead. I wish I had taken a very badly paid but interesting/exciting job rather than rejecting it because I couldnt see how I would pay my credit card bill....

Oh God, I could go on for hours...
