to have been curious about these Mumsnet papers on the tube

I was on the tube yesterday standing up and a women was sitting beside me looking at some papers and making notes. The papers had a Mumsnet heading but didn't seem to be a printout from Mumsnet IYSWIM. They looked like the results of a survey or a list of statistics. Saw 'currently employed' and 'newcomers'. AIBU unreasonable to have been curious and quite excited to have spotted this. What does everyone think she was up to?

A spy. My money is on her being employed by M15 or something. Which part of London was it?

MissMashMissMash · 07/12/2010 11:45

Just outside of Holburn IIRC

Could she have been an employee looking at the site statistics - doing a bit of research. You get asked some standard questions when you join MN and she was probably a researcher looking at the stats. that's my guess anyway. Or a female James (Janet?) Bond, spy lady?

thenightsky · 07/12/2010 11:49

She is spy for Netmums Grin

llareggub · 07/12/2010 11:50

booyhohoho · 07/12/2010 13:21

QuintessentialShadows · 07/12/2010 13:23

It must have been Kate Middleton

MissMashMissMash · 07/12/2010 13:24

Quite short (I think though she was sitting down so a bit tricky to tell). Short blonde hair, a hat and wrapped up warm in black and grey I think. I would make a rubbish witness to a crime!
