getting breath back, wiping eyes from sobbing onto keyboard.etc.Thanks for that Gibbs, has made my day. I might come back and reread for second hit. Clearly dentonox is THE stuff. Back to the mammoth lab for a re think.

Hully, I have been wondering whether we should catch a clipper east and bind our feet, wear excuisite kimonos and commit sepuku occasionally, just to amuse ourselves.

Umami · 13/01/2011 17:08

I think we went to Japan once. Were there not seven mysterious ronin at some point?

Hullygully · 13/01/2011 17:21

There were. But none of us apart from you knew anything about it so it all got a bit difficult...there was Monkey too,

Umami · 13/01/2011 17:23

Ah, I remember Monkey. That was a short escapade.

pagwatch · 13/01/2011 17:25

But when we go abroad you lot always show off with all your historical and cultural references and I can't keep up. The whole trip ends up with me being a maid of some description with highly dubious morals who lugs around decomposing military types in a big trunk.

And I did that last year....

[sigh]

Will there be anything else mi'lady?

Hullygully · 13/01/2011 17:26

Have you all met Dazz?

pagwatch · 13/01/2011 17:32

None of us can meet dazzer. He is sitting under justine's desk, a little afraid

Hullygully · 13/01/2011 17:34

I need to lure him out again. That, or cook the tea.

Umami · 13/01/2011 20:17

Dazz seems a little lacklustre.

minimammoth · 13/01/2011 21:02

Er.

Dazz?

Goes into bemused stupor

I am longing for spring.

These constant grey days need to bugger off now.

OP posts:
minimammoth · 14/01/2011 14:34

Hully you are blinding me with techno speak. I too long for Spring, am languishing in my boudoir, pale and wan.

minimammoth · 14/01/2011 14:34

Pale, wan and flabby.

Umami · 14/01/2011 18:07

ROFL at Hully blinding mini with techno speak!

PrincessFiorimonde · 14/01/2011 21:38

Am off this weekend to see my brother, sister-in-law and my lovely nephew and nieces.

I love them all, but DP won't come with me as he thinks sister-in-law doesn't like him. Hmm

Both SIL and DP are lovely people, and I'd just like to bang their heads together to make them get on. Smile

Sorry for droning on.

love to all xx

MadameDefarge · 15/01/2011 22:50

Gals, gals, news on the romance front. Have decided to restart my social life, and have dutifully pitched up at the boy shop on t'internet. Results various. 29 year old who assures me older women are good in bed. 47 year old taking out old fashioned like wining and dining at the Wolesley. Another 47 year old who is a gas. Whooo!

Might give the gymbunny a miss. Hallo doll as an opening line was never going to do it for me. Nor the man who insists I know how to accessorise correctly.

More tales from the land of romance shortly.......
