I too will mostly be shedding excess poundage this month. I've been refusing to buy the next size up so have a choice of two outfits and dread being asked anywhere where I will need to dress up

I started WW last week and am pleased with this weeks results. Needed to do it after DD1 and it stayed off...till DD2. Nothing at all with me eating like a bastard all day long

I was quite proud this Christmas. I managed to put on 5 pounds in a single day.

I did 6 over the few days...nearly half a stone just like that. Bloody wine and chocolate...
