Bear Just wanted to use it really...

BTW when are we actually supposed to use it? Have read the thread in classics but there doesn't seem to be any consensus what the Bear is for.

[pombear]

Love them. You can get paprika ones abroad but never found them in England yet, they are yum!

[pombear]

I may have purchased a multipack of cheese and onion today.

PhishFoodAddiction · 18/11/2010 19:07

oh mine didn't work Blush how do you do it?!

TattyDevine · 18/11/2010 19:07

I suggest it get used if someone is being a bit middle class. That's the spirit in which it was originally used. Mad posh couple at dinner party, bit of awkwardness, hubby cheerfully pipes up "pom bear, anyone?"

So if someone is being a bit batty and middle class, draw attention to the fact by offering them a pom bear.

"One is not sure whether to go the Boden hotch potch or the Joules polo tee".

"Pom bear, anyone?" Bear

etc

muggglewump · 18/11/2010 19:07

Oh it doesn't work for meSad

pantaloons · 18/11/2010 19:09

where are they? I can't find mine. Sob sob.

BertieBotts · 18/11/2010 19:09

I like :) But they clash slightly with the highlighted OP's posts - so mainly you can just see a pair of eyes and nose!

Don't pom bears have a mouth, not a nose though? Or have they changed it for copyright reasons?

I remember them being Pom Bär.

Bear

this place is nutty!

TootaLaFruit · 18/11/2010 19:17

Bear I love it!

I agree with TattyDevine, it's for when someone is being a bit hoity-toity. Or to diffuse a situation perhaps. Or for gift buying purposes: "should I get very fussy and spoilt DD this Bear or this Bear one? I cannot get this wrong, she will kill me!"

PhishFoodAddiction · 18/11/2010 19:17

Bear thank you Zombie
