I took it to be the new , but in a less harsh tone?? Maybe used to diffuse a tense and angry thread. the biscuit always seemed a bit "cat's bum" to me, for some reason. The is sillier (but you have to have read the thread, I suppose!) and it is gently teasing as opposed to the "I can't even be bothered to engage with you"
