I have booked a ticket on easyjet for my FIL to come visit us at Christmas. However I have a query which is not solved by the FAQ on easyjet website. I sent a query to them via email around 2 weeks ago now and received an automated acknowledgement in reply. A few days ago I resubmitted my question, same response, no bloody answer forthcoming...
Was just wondering has anyone else experienced this from 'customer service' at easyjet. Did you finally get a response?
And does anyone know of the personal email of someone with some authority at easyjet as I am getting sick of dealing with the lack of customer service. Feel like kicking some easyjet arse - do not mess with a hormonally driven pregnant woman on the edge...
