To expect a timely response from Easyjet...

I have booked a ticket on easyjet for my FIL to come visit us at Christmas. However I have a query which is not solved by the FAQ on easyjet website. I sent a query to them via email around 2 weeks ago now and received an automated acknowledgement in reply. A few days ago I resubmitted my question, same response, no bloody answer forthcoming...Angry

Was just wondering has anyone else experienced this from 'customer service' at easyjet. Did you finally get a response?

And does anyone know of the personal email of someone with some authority at easyjet as I am getting sick of dealing with the lack of customer service. Feel like kicking some easyjet arse - do not mess with a hormonally driven pregnant woman on the edge... Grin

Ring them, every time I've spoken to someone at Easy Jet I've had great service from them.

As I remember their number is hidden away somewhere on their website and not particuarly easy to find, but it is there somewhere! :)

Actually I do know someone who took EasyJet on and won. But it wasn't easy and took a considerable effort. Sadly can't give details as was a lot of legal stuff involved but they were refunded a LOT of money after being rejected outright initially.
Persist - use those hormones to good effect :)

Grin See your point whatdoiknowanyway...

But I cannot believe that there isn't one AIBU poster who hasn't taken on easyjet and won...

Yes YABU. Easyjet don't do customer service.

websites that have "WARNING humans at work, simply call us" - well .... I'd book with them in future. Grin

Thanks Wottknott, here's hoping! I have posted same question on shorthaul section on talk. Was hoping that posting on AIBU would get a quicker response due to higher volume of traffic and possibly higher percentage of bloody-minded, argument prone persons Grin

Just ask the question on Travel threads on MN. It will be quicker and more accurate, you may even get a response before you give birth.
