Less 'poncy' it would appear and more 'French'. Perhaps could be replaced with ZA? 'Zut Alors!!'

I don't speak any languages sufficiently well to suggest abbreviations (although I would really like to see the end of LOL, my skin crawls when I read it). I would like to suggest BOFF as a term of astonishment. DD is learning french at school. She told me this is what it means. I spend a lot of time BOFFing her when she does something daft or funny.

I would very much like a croissant emoticon. If so many people thought the Jammy Dodger was a cats bum/nipple then it has endless comedy uses..

DD has started saying "oh la la", much to our amusement.

I was reading DS's book last night when she suggested that it would be better if she read it. I think that my terrible French hurts her ears.
