Why?

... = a fanfare (duh!duh!duh!!!!) which I can't help but hear everytime I see it after teaching children how to read out aloud a sentence ending in ... duh!duh!duh!!!
No-one uses apostrophes though - apart from smiley winking ;-)

Argh I do all of it. I use ellipsises (ellipsii?) loads, AND dashes - AND I always put a full stop at the end. Well if I'm not finishing with an ellipsis I do...

Guilty... I always do it! But if it bothers you so much... I can try and stop...

I actually do this. I do this a lot. I like it. It makes me feel happy in my middle. And I'm not going to stop.
