So? I always wondered what unsociable so-and-sos would go to all the trouble of putting their dog mess in a little bag only to leave it on the pavement, and today I SAW HER DO IT! A neightbour (well, next street..) exit her own front door, carrying said bag of shit, daintily lean it against a tree, and shamelessly return indoors. So. Do I call the council 'dob in your neighbours' line? Please say yes, I'm itching to do it..

I'll bet you anything that she doesn't think she's doing anything wrong. After all, if there's always a bag of dog shit as opposed to piles, someone must be clearing the bags away (the dog shit fairy?), thereby reinforcing her behaviour.

I know OlderandWider - it never fails to amaze me how people justify things to themselves. It's always someone else's problem.

We get a lot of dog shit bags round here at the side of woodland footpaths. Why anyone would think that a bagged dog shit is better than a dogshit that would just rot away in the undergrowth is beyond me. Who do they think is going to come and pick it up miles from anywhere?
