So? I always wondered what unsociable so-and-sos would go to all the trouble of putting their dog mess in a little bag only to leave it on the pavement, and today I SAW HER DO IT! A neightbour (well, next street..) exit her own front door, carrying said bag of shit, daintily lean it against a tree, and shamelessly return indoors. So. Do I call the council 'dob in your neighbours' line? Please say yes, I'm itching to do it..
