Tom Cruise - Legend. Just doesn't make bad movies (well ok haven't seen knight and day cause it looks awful) but apart from that. Topgun,risky bussiness,days of thunder.

Russell Brand - awful when overly scripted on tv appearences but his stand up and off the cuff stuff is brilliant.

Brad Pitt is awesome too. could have sat back and just done leading man stuff in hackneyed actions or rom-coms but took on some interesting roles so he wouldn't be thought of as just a pretty boy. (think kalifornication/12 monkeys)

apart from that there are many who deserve a slating.

Gerard Butler is a dullard. He came on Jonathan Ross and I did an internal "ding dong" when I saw him. Then after seeing how boring and dull he was I was put off him.

Peter Kay - releasing the same dvd of the same jokes under 3 different "tours" is just bullshit.
Smug posh lad from mock the week (Dennis something perhaps?) who's act consists of - saying something in a posh voice - then pausing and raising an eyebrow before saying something which is meant to sound lude but doesn;t- pausing until audience laugh nervously

Andy Parsons - shout - then shout some more but getting quicker in speech patterns while raising the pitch of your voice until you are quite high and clipped. think that this constitutes a joke.
