Bought a baby monitor from them for £40. Have tried and tried for a week to get it to work but the alarm on it keeps going off which means it has lost contact. Have tried it all over the house and it still will not work.
Took it back today and after waiting 20 mins to get served, they took it out the back for half an hour to test it. Apparently it works for them so it is not faulty so they will not refund it

When I said that it does not work in my home (which is your average semi in a residential area) so therefore does not do what it's supposed to do, the 'manager' said it does not matter and there must be a problem in my house

and seemed to be accusing me of lying ffs. When I said that the 'customer service' was disgusting, she rolled her eyes and sighed. I am now lumbered with a monitor which does not work and will have to buy another one.
AIBU in thinking that they are absolute crap!
