stamp on it and eat the grapes. Never heard of poisonous spiders in western europe...Now if they had been s.american spiders i'd have been worried!!

Put it somewhere safe and take it back to Asda. They have to send it away. My friend works in one of the places they get sent to and will work out where the little thing came from.

Vallhala · 21/09/2010 16:55

Your profile isn't accessible. I think you need to set it to "public" viewing.

Katisha · 21/09/2010 16:56

Erm...kind of hard to identify!

Vallhala · 21/09/2010 16:56

Sorry, x posted. Can see the spider but he's very blurry.

Ariesgirl · 21/09/2010 16:59

Kill it and wash the grapes. Here's a true story - when I bought a packet of mange tout from Chile (not that I do such terrible, food-milesy things any more), it fell out of the Tesco's bags (even worse) into the boot, where it mouldered for many weeks. When I found it again, the mange tout were all eaten and inside the cellophane was the biggest, fattest, limest green bug I have ever seen. Clearly some kind of Chilean mutant, grown to enormous proportions because of its mange tout diet. Being tender hearted I set it free, and then was assailed by paranoia about introducing destructive non-native aliens into the environment. There. Not that interesting. But the moral of this story is always wash your fruit and veg, even if it says Washed and Ready To Eat.
