I have been looking after nextdoors cat all week
They came back today and gave me a box of fudge, this is the third year running I have recieved fudge for my services
I just think I deserve a bit more than fudge
It is a good job I have been making myself at home and using there stuff
5 cups of tea (I used my own milk)
watching 2 films on there big telly
and 1 poo
I was going to use there washing machine but thought that was taking it a bit to far
oh I also used some of his expensive aftershave
so at least I have saved a bit of money on my electric bill

How I wish you were my neighbour.

Belgianchox · 24/07/2010 21:09

wtf!!!

onepieceoflollipop · 24/07/2010 21:10

You should have checked if they had any frozen peppers in their freezer and stolen them!

mistressploppy · 24/07/2010 21:10

What's wrong with fudge?

StealthPolarBear · 24/07/2010 21:10

did you steal their toilet roll too?
and is your aftershave dispenser mains-powered?

bran · 24/07/2010 21:11

Bloody fudge is nasty unless you are part vampire. Vanilla or chocolate fudge would be very acceptable.

Do they know you well? I can't help feeling, lovely though you are, that I would rather leave a pet in the care of someone a little more rooted in reality.

doggiesayswoof · 24/07/2010 21:12

2/10

AlistairSim · 24/07/2010 21:12

Perhaps they hate their cat, bran.

Wereyou house sitting too or just going in to feed the cat..? If the latter why would you stay for any longer than just to feed the cat and leave??

A poo? Dear god.

onepieceoflollipop · 24/07/2010 21:16

It's unlikely that the neighbours "know" jason as we do. . He is certainly odd unique and interesting.

Ingles2 · 24/07/2010 21:16

I'd do anything for fudge!
What flavour?

runnybottom · 24/07/2010 21:17

I hope it was green pepper fudge.

PussinJimmyChoos · 24/07/2010 21:18

Couldn't you have corked it and poo'ed in your own house??!!

Meglet · 24/07/2010 21:19

yanbu. I bought my neighbours some nice chocolate.

toccatanfudge · 24/07/2010 21:19

I should hope he's not rooted in Reality RKA - I thought you were about to marry someone else

tethersend · 24/07/2010 21:21

Jason, did the neighbours ask you to look after their cat? Did they leave you a key or did you get in with a credit card? Do they have a cat? Are they really your neighbours? Did they buy you fudge or just throw it at you so you would leave the house? Are the police involved?

I think you probably need a big sit down. And some fudge.

Jasonthunderpants · 24/07/2010 21:23

I did look in the freezer, just out of curiosity (nothing exciting)

The cat was lonley and the kids where at school/nursery so I thought I would keep her company for a while and she sat on my lap while I watched a film

The fudge is
coffee
clotted cream
brazil nut
rum flavour and raisin
chocolate and
cherry and walnut

Jason

Have you weighed it to check that it matches the amounts detailed on the box

onepieceoflollipop · 24/07/2010 21:27

16.6% of each flavour that should be.

If there are a few extra random cherries or one or two surplus raisins, then all of this will kick off again won't it, just like the pepper saga.

Jasonthunderpants · 24/07/2010 21:27

Yes they asked me and gave me a key and the alarm code
I was toying with getting another key cut so I could go and have a poo when they where out

I like looking out of my window and know my neighbours movments,I have a notebook you know and I keep notes of coming and goings so knowing when they are in and out is no prob

You've been robbed of the Vanilla Fudge mate. Go round and ask after the Vanilla's whereabouts.

onepieceoflollipop · 24/07/2010 21:29

can you imagine?! Going out and then coming back and realising that quite oddly your loo was a little smelly and not understanding why when you had been out all day? Very spooky to think that you could nip in for a poo while they are out!

tethersend · 24/07/2010 21:29

By window do you mean night vision telescope?

The two are easily mixed up.
