poor old N G dressed up in his best bib and tucker was turned away from Buckingham Palace
The poor fellow was looking forward to his cucumber sandwiches and the buggers wouldnt let him in.
He is an elected MEP is it fair to turn him away?
Is democracy dead as people are saying on the news

Did he actually get turned away at the gate, or did he get the message beforehand?

I think it's hilarious. I couldn't give a stuff about democracy when it comes to that cunt.

LynetteScavo · 22/07/2010 16:04

Fair play to the queen.

GypsyMoth · 22/07/2010 16:04

did he have an invite??

Jasonthunderpants · 22/07/2010 16:07

Yes he did. It showed him on the news with it
"in my hand I have a piece of paper" was his quote. Or was that someone else

He has had the invite withdrawn because he turned the issuing of the invite into a political matter by basing a publicity campaign on it.

So much for democracy. But then, the royal family wouldn't know anything about that, would they?

Griffin and the queen - pah, I've no time for either. I'd happily shoot the pair of them see the back of them both.

KurriKurri · 22/07/2010 16:17

Philip probably invited him.

LynetteScavo · 22/07/2010 16:17

Jasonthunderpants · 22/07/2010 16:19

what actually is democracy. I know its a silly question but does it make a difference to our lives?

The other BNP MEP was allowed in-it was because Griffin had been using the invitation for BNP publicity.

sapphireblue · 22/07/2010 16:26

and now he's going ot get even more publicity...........

EmmaKateWH · 22/07/2010 16:28

I think its a shame they turned him away for generating too much publicity and compromising security, as opposed to turning him away for being a toxic, racist, hate inducing little turd.

thefatladyscreams · 22/07/2010 16:30

Sorry still struggling with the phrases "feel sorry for" and "Nick Griffin" in the same sentence....

upahill · 22/07/2010 16:30

Sapphire..... Yep that's about right. Especially if he appears to handle it with good grace which is how he is playing it atm. (' No, After all, it's the Queen's home and she can invite who she likes' or words very similar when asked if he was going tp pursue the matter)

smallorange · 22/07/2010 16:30

BNP will be fucking loving this.

SHould have just let him in and then ignored the little turd

Jasonthunderpants · 22/07/2010 16:32

Emma
Thats funny

Anything that exposes that odious little cnut is good as far as I' concerned.

amothersplaceisinthewrong · 22/07/2010 16:34

He was never going to be allowed in - I reckon the powers that be thought he would turn down the invitation or pull out but when he didn't they HAD to find a reason to bar him.

ivykaty44 · 22/07/2010 16:35

Do you think he was only going to the palace to use the loo paper - jason?

upahill · 22/07/2010 16:37

ivykaty

QueeferSutherland · 22/07/2010 16:40

He's an odious cunting cocklodger, however, my first thought, after HA! was for his poor wife, who had probably bought a new frock.

Jasonthunderpants · 22/07/2010 16:41

OOOOOOOOHHHHH
I dream of getting some loo paper from the palace. I do believe it is 4ply and quilted and they have heated loo roll holders to keep it warm and cool holders for the curry bottom poo

what luxery(dreamy look on face)

If they have all that luxury for their loo roll, why on earth do they keep the breakfast cereal in tupperware containers, that They Put On The Table
