ok let me explain. I always thought I was good at feeding my kids (3 & 18m) until I started using bloody MN! Now Im convinced they are always high on salt/sugar/additives/sweetners.
Breakfast- Cocoa pops, satsuma, banana, 2x petit filous
Lunch- Jam wholemeal sandwich, chunks of cheese, slices of pepper (dont even mention the pepper situation ) cherry tomatoes, sliced apple
Dinner- Tesco value kids pizza (bought on last best before date and got for 12p), and was going to top with tuna, sweetcorn, peppers and pineapple.
Does that sound ok for todays food? Im scared of the bloody pizza now!
